First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether starting to walk soon after a type of knee surgery (open wedge high tibial osteotomy) helps reduce pain, improve function, and get people back to normal activities faster. About 72 people with knee arthritis will be followed. The goal is to see if early weight bearing is safe and effective compared to waiting longer.
