Walk it off: early exercise after Weight-Loss surgery may ease pain

Summary

This study looks at whether starting gentle, supervised movement soon after obesity surgery and continuing it at home can help manage pain and speed up recovery. About 112 adults who can read Danish will take part. Researchers will measure pain, physical function, and quality of life to see if early mobilization makes a difference.
