First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested whether a medical body composition scale (mBCA 555) can pick up early improvements in body fat, muscle, and water balance in 41 overweight adults using L112 weight-loss products. The goal is to find signs of progress that appear before the scale shows weight loss, which could help keep people motivated. No treatment was given—just observation of how the scale measures changes.
