Summary
This study tested whether a medical body composition scale (mBCA 555) could pick up early changes in body fat, muscle, and water balance in 41 overweight adults using L112 lipid-binding products. The goal was to find signs of progress that appear before the scale shows weight loss, which could help keep people motivated.
