Summary

This study looks at whether a telehealth system can help rural patients with heart problems get better care. It connects local emergency teams and clinics with heart specialists at a larger medical center. About 215 adults with heart symptoms will take part. The goal is to see if this approach reduces emergency room visits and hospital stays.
