Summary
This study looks at whether giving e-cigarettes to adults aged 50 and older who are in treatment for opioid use disorder can help them cut down on smoking. Participants are not trying to quit smoking. The study compares those who receive e-cigarettes to those who get brief advice to quit. It aims to see if e-cigarettes are a practical and acceptable way to reduce harm from tobacco.
