Experimental combo targets Hard-to-Treat lymphoma

Summary
This study tests a drug called durvalumab, given alone or with lenalidomide, in people with T-cell lymphoma that returned or didn't respond to prior treatments. The goal is to find the best dose, check safety, and see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 38 adults with certain types of T-cell lymphoma are taking part.
