Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called DNL593 for frontotemporal dementia, a brain disease that affects personality and language. First, healthy volunteers receive a single dose to check safety. Then, people with the disease receive multiple doses over 25 weeks to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. After that, participants can join an open-label extension where everyone gets the drug for 18 more months.
