Summary
This study tested an 8-week text messaging program for young adults aged 18-25 with depression or anxiety who were not interested in or couldn't access in-person therapy. Participants received personalized or standard text messages, or weekly links to mental health info. The goal was to see if personalized texts could reduce distress and keep people engaged.
