First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Adherence is tracked with a wearable device and diaries over 6 months.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only โ€” not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance
digital exercise intervention with virtual supervised group exercise sessions
What this could lead to
If successful, this could offer a convenient way for prostate cancer patients to stay active during hormone therapy, reducing side effects like fatigue and muscle loss.
What could go wrong
This is a single-center trial with 160 participants, so results may not apply broadly. Exercise adherence may still be low despite the digital format, and the study does not test a drug or cure.
