First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a digital cognitive behavioral therapy program for insomnia (called Sleepio) could work for people aged 50+ with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia who also have trouble sleeping. The goal was to see if a larger trial is possible by checking how many people joined, stayed, and used the program. 30 participants were enrolled, and the study measured sleep quality, thinking skills, and how acceptable the program was.
