Summary

This study tests whether a digital intervention can improve working memory and inhibitory control in older adults, including those with mild cognitive impairment. Participants will complete cognitive tests and surveys before and after up to 8 weeks of at-home training, with a follow-up six months later. Researchers will compare two different digital programs to see which may be more helpful.
