Summary

This study tests a medicine called difelikefalin in teenagers aged 12 to 17 who are on hemodialysis and have moderate to severe itching. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and how much gets into the blood. About 18 teens will receive the medicine up to 4 times a week for 12 weeks during their regular dialysis visits.
