Summary

This study tests whether a digital app can help 170 people at high risk for certain cancers eat less ultra-processed foods and improve their overall diet quality. Participants will use the Open Food Facts app alongside nutrition education, and researchers will measure changes in their diet score after 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach can help prevent cancer by promoting healthier eating habits.
