Phone app aims to cut cancer risk by changing diet

Summary
This study tests if a smartphone app can help people at high risk of cancer eat less ultra-processed foods and improve their overall diet. About 170 participants will either get the app plus nutrition education or just education alone. The goal is to see if the app helps them make healthier food choices and lower their cancer risk.
