Summary
This study tests whether a digital app (Open Food Facts) plus nutrition education can help 170 people at high risk for breast, pancreas, colon cancer, or with Lynch syndrome or BRCA mutations improve their diet quality. Participants will use the app to reduce ultra-processed foods and follow healthier eating patterns. The goal is to see if the app leads to a meaningful improvement in their diet score after 12 weeks.
