Summary
This study looked at whether diaphragmatic breathing exercises could help pregnant women with low back pain. Fifty-eight women between 19 and 29 weeks pregnant did breathing exercises twice a day for six weeks. Researchers measured pain, disability, balance, and quality of life to see if the breathing helped.
