Summary

This study tested whether simple foot exercises could improve blood flow in the legs of people with type 2 diabetes. 44 adults did either foot exercises or regular activity for 3 months. Those who did the foot exercises had better circulation, showing this is a low-cost way to help manage diabetes-related leg problems.
