New study tests if boosting confidence helps diabetes control

Summary
This study will test a special education program designed to boost confidence in managing type 2 diabetes. 400 adults will either take the program or get standard care. The goal is to see if the program helps with blood sugar monitoring, diabetes knowledge, and quality of life.
