Summary
This study tests whether a structured training program for primary care doctors and nurses can help adults with type 2 diabetes achieve better blood sugar control. Over 7,700 patients in Catalonia will be followed for two years. The program includes hands-on training on diabetes management, heart risk reduction, and foot care.
