Summary

This study tested whether giving a sedative drug called dexmedetomidine during aneurysm repair surgery can reduce the risk of blood vessel spasms in the brain. 90 adults with a type of brain bleed were included. The goal was to see if the drug helps prevent complications and improve recovery.
