New combo therapy offers hope for stubborn psoriatic arthritis

Summary

This study tests whether adding deucravacitinib to current TNF inhibitor treatment helps adults with psoriatic arthritis who still have symptoms. About 128 participants will take the combination for 24 weeks to see if it improves skin and joint symptoms. The goal is better disease control with manageable side effects.
