This study follows 425 adults with recent psoriatic arthritis (PsA) for up to 10 years to see how many develop joint damage and what factors predict it. Researchers will use X-rays and other data to identify early signs of aggressive disease. The goal is to help doctors decide who needs stronger treatment sooner and to find new treatment targets.
