Summary
This study tested whether practicing deep squat or cross-legged sitting for 20 minutes daily, six days a week for six weeks, can help adults with chronic low back pain. 36 participants were randomly assigned to one of two position groups or a control group. Researchers measured changes in pain, joint mobility, and digestive function.
