Summary
This study is creating a simple test to check if people with Alzheimer's or similar conditions can understand and agree to medical decisions. Researchers will work with 100-150 participants to compare the new test with existing methods and look at brain scans and blood markers. The goal is to give doctors a practical way to ensure patients' rights are respected.
