Summary
This study is creating a simple test to check if people with Alzheimer's or similar conditions can understand and agree to medical decisions. Researchers will work with 100-150 participants to compare this new test with brain scans and blood markers. The goal is to make sure patients' rights are respected in a practical, everyday way.
