First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a new type of radiation seed, called DaRT, can be safely placed inside the prostate to treat cancer that has returned after initial treatment. Up to 10 men with non-metastatic, locally recurrent prostate cancer will receive the seeds. The main goal is to see if the procedure is feasible and safe, and to measure its impact on quality of life.
