Summary
This study looks at whether the diabetes drug dapagliflozin can improve how well the right side of the heart works after off-pump coronary bypass surgery. Researchers will measure heart function in 72 patients with weak hearts before and after 6 months of taking the drug. The goal is to see if the drug helps the heart pump blood more efficiently.
