Summary
This study tests a drug called DAOIB in 123 people with early-stage Alzheimer's or mild cognitive impairment. Participants take the drug for 24 weeks, and researchers check their thinking skills and blood markers every 8 weeks. The goal is to see if DAOIB can slow down memory loss and if certain blood tests can predict who will benefit.
