Summary

This study tested whether a 4-week group program called 'Dance-Walk' could help adults feel more connected to their bodies, increase their energy, and improve their mental health. Researchers compared 117 people who started the program right away to those who waited, measuring changes in body awareness, vitality, stress, anxiety, and depression. The program combined gentle movement, dance, and walking to help participants manage emotions and stress.
