Summary

This study tested a 4-week movement program called Dance-Walk in 117 adults looking to improve their mental health. Participants were randomly assigned to start the program right away or wait. The program combined dance and walking to help people feel more connected to their bodies, boost energy, and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Results were measured through online surveys before and after the program.
