NCT ID NCT07690384
First seen Jul 08, 2026 · Last updated Jul 09, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study investigates whether a special cooking oil called diacylglycerol (DAG) oil can improve thinking skills and reduce body weight in adults aged 45 to 75 who have both obesity and mild cognitive impairment. Participants replace their usual cooking oil with either regular rapeseed oil or DAG oil for six months. Researchers will measure changes in cognitive function, body weight, and body fat to see if the DAG oil offers added benefits.
