Summary

This study tested whether D-cycloserine, a drug that affects brain signaling, could reduce pain in people with chronic low back pain lasting at least 6 months. About 203 adults with moderate to severe pain were to receive either the drug or a placebo. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
