New depression drug enters final testing phase

Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called CYB003 helps reduce depression symptoms when added to a person's current antidepressant medication. It will involve 330 adults with moderate to severe depression who are already taking a stable dose of antidepressants. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either one of two doses of CYB003 or a placebo, and neither they nor the researchers will know which they receive.
