Summary
This study tests whether a special program that helps people notice and handle smoking triggers (cues) can help light smokers quit. About 60 adults who smoke 10 or fewer cigarettes a day will get either standard counseling or counseling plus cue-based support. The goal is to see if the program is easy to use and helpful, with follow-ups at 6 and 12 months.
