Summary
This study tests whether personalized text messages can motivate people living with HIV in Vietnam to quit smoking. Participants receive motivational texts over six months and are encouraged to use a free government quitline that provides nicotine patches. The goal is to see if this approach increases smoking cessation rates compared to receiving only basic facts about smoking risks.
