Summary
This study tests whether a blood test that detects tiny bits of tumor DNA (ctDNA) after liver surgery can help doctors decide who needs more chemotherapy. About 120 adults with colorectal cancer that spread to the liver will have their ctDNA levels checked after surgery. Those with detectable ctDNA (higher risk) will get stronger chemo, while those without may avoid unnecessary treatment. The goal is to see if this approach improves the chance of being cancer-free one year later.
