First seen Jun 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at different ways to clean a tooth during a root canal to see which one causes less pain afterward and kills more bacteria. Sixty adults with a painful tooth infection will get one of four treatments: room-temperature liquid, cold liquid, hot liquid, or laser-activated liquid. Their pain will be checked for three days, and bacteria levels will be measured before and after cleaning.
