Steroid may ease pain after kidney stone procedure

Summary
This study tests whether taking a corticosteroid (prednisone) after ureteroscopy and stent placement can reduce pain and the need for other pain medications. About 90 adults with kidney or ureteral stones will be enrolled. The goal is to improve recovery and comfort after surgery.
