This trial tests whether using cold irrigation solutions or adding dexamethasone during root canal treatment can lower post-operative pain in people with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and acute apical periodontitis. Sixty medically healthy adults aged 20-50 will be randomly assigned to receive one of four irrigation combinations.
