Summary

This study tests a small device called ContraBand™ that is placed in the lung arteries to help the heart pump better. It is for adults aged 18-85 with chronic left-sided heart failure who still have symptoms despite standard medicines. The main goal is to see if the procedure is safe and can improve physical ability.
