Massive new study tests High-Tech nudges to help smokers quit and slash cancer risk

Summary

This study compares two ways to help people stop smoking and lower their cancer risk. About 5,000 adults who smoke will get either standard quit-smoking support or extra reminders and encouragement. The goal is to see which approach gets more people to use quit-smoking tools like medication or counseling.
