NCT ID NCT06105580

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares two types of heart pacing—conduction system pacing and standard biventricular resynchronization—in 320 adults with heart failure and wide QRS. The goal is to see which method better reduces the risk of death, heart transplant, or hospitalization for heart failure over 12 months. Participants must have a weakened heart pump and specific ECG patterns.
