First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This early-phase trial tested whether adding a drug called avelumab to radiation therapy is safe for people with advanced soft-tissue sarcoma that has spread. Twelve adults with at least two tumors not curable by standard treatments took part. The main goal was to check for side effects, and researchers also looked at whether the treatment kept tumors from growing.
