Summary
This program offers free continued treatment with BIA 28-6156 to people with Parkinson's disease who have a specific change in the GBA1 gene and have already finished the ACTIVATE study. The goal is to provide ongoing access to the study drug while monitoring safety and effects. Participants must have completed the prior study and provide consent.
