Summary

This study compares two ways of giving surfactant, a medicine that helps premature babies breathe better. One method uses a thin tube (LISA), and the other uses a small airway device (SALSA). The goal is to see which method causes fewer breathing problems and complications in infants born at or after 29 weeks.
