Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week program of exercise and personalized diet advice can help preserve muscle mass in obese adults taking GLP-1 medications like semaglutide. About 20 participants aged 40-55 will be enrolled. The goal is to find safe ways to lose fat without losing strength and muscle.
