Summary

This study tests whether eating meals at times that match your body's internal clock can help people who have had weight-loss surgery keep the weight off and improve their health. About 246 adults who had sleeve gastrectomy at least six months ago will either follow standard dietary advice or a personalized meal-timing plan based on whether they are a morning or evening type. Researchers will track weight, blood sugar, gut bacteria, and sleep patterns over a year to see if this approach makes a difference.
