Summary
This study is creating a large research database of childhood cancer survivors treated at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. The goal is to track their long-term health, identify late effects from cancer therapy, and find ways to improve their quality of life. Up to 5,000 survivors who are off treatment and disease-free will participate.
