Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment for glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain tumor. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target a protein called CD70 on tumor cells and to better reach the brain. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and possible to give to patients.
