Summary
This study looks at whether unlicensed professionals can successfully give cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to patients in a general hospital. About 250 adults with conditions like anxiety, depression, OCD, or PTSD will take part. The goal is to see if this approach improves psychological health and makes care more accessible.
