Summary
This study is testing whether cannabidiol (CBD) tablets can reduce pain and improve daily function in people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare pain levels between those taking CBD and those not taking it, alongside standard physical therapy. The study aims to enroll 100 adults aged 40 to 75 with moderate to severe knee pain.
